Kinetic returns with the previously favoured Aglianico from Adelaide Hills. 100% carbonic fermentation in stainless steel and no use of oak, it’s equally happy in the fridge or at ambient temp. Aglianico, capable of being such a big boisterous wine, is so exciting in this style. Its high acid is the perfect backbone for a light & bright red, and its gritty tannin turns fine and silky thanks to the cab mac.
