Pianogrillo Grecanico 2022

Certified organic, Grecanico from the Pianogrillo estate in Sicily was planted in 1990 on limestone soils and is elevated at 300m above sea level.

The grapes were hand harvested, and underwent wild primary fermentation in stainless steel with gentle stirring at controlled low temperatures for three weeks to retain fruit purity and delicate aromatics.
